ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2008 and currently has a small but highly experienced team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years working for a life insurance agency, which gave me a strong foundation in financial services and helping families protect their futures. I also hold financial designations through The American College of Financial Services. I’m married and have one daughter who inspires everything I do.

We’re deeply involved in the community, sponsoring multiple events throughout the year, including a 5K race, a golf tournament, and a 10K race. Personally, I also volunteer at a homeless shelter every Christmas Eve and Christmas Day — giving back is something that truly matters to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for AJ Fraley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
